The Dreddy is Toroline's signature hybrid setup — named after Dustin Brown and built around the string combination he helped put on the map.
It pairs two of Toroline's co-poly strings in a deliberate mains/crosses configuration designed for players who want spin with feel, not one at the expense of the other.
Mains: O-Toro Tour Green — 1.23mm / 17 gauge
A hexagonal-shaped co-poly with a stiffer profile. The edges grip the ball cleanly at contact, generating reliable spin and keeping shots precise. Holds tension well.
Crosses: O-Toro Snap Yellow — 1.25mm / 16L gauge
A round, softer co-poly with a slick surface finish. Designed to let the mains move freely and snap back fast — adding pocketing and a livelier response through the stringbed.
The combination:
The shaped mains do the work on contact. The slick crosses release the ball quickly. The result is a stringbed that bites, pockets, and fires — without feeling boardy.
