Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing us! We truly appreciate your trust and support. Our goal is to help every customer find the ideal tennis equipment for their needs — and we’re always here to guide you before your purchase, so you can shop with total confidence and avoid the need for returns.

That said, please read our policy carefully.

Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns on non-customized tennis strings, accessories, and other eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

Regarding tennis rackets, returns are only accepted if a defect or damage has occurred.

To be eligible for returns on other items:

  • Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all accepted returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized or personalized products, rare and exclusive collector’s items, sale items, or gift cards.

Return Process

To request a return, kindly contact us at tennisracketseu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We’re always happy to assist you during the return process if you have any questions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Additionally, we recommend contacting the shipping company immediately to report any damage or issues with the delivery.

No Returns for Change of Mind or Customer Error

We do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind or mistakes made when placing the order.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and customer reviews on our website and Instagram page @tennisracketseu before purchase.

If you need help choosing the right product, we’re always here to offer advice and recommendations to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or incorrect items.

For other reasons, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Shipping Delays and Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not accepted after order confirmation due to customer error or change of mind.

  • Orders in transit cannot be canceled or returned due to shipping delays caused by third parties, customs, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

  • These situations do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Pre-Orders Policy

Products marked as Pre-Order are not in stock for immediate shipping and are specially ordered or customized for each customer.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as they are made or sourced specifically for you.

  • Return or exchange of pre-order items is not accepted.

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • You will be kept informed about the status of your order through regular email communications and automatic updates during the processing of your order.

  • If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing your pre-order so we can assist you.
