Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Thank you for choosing Tennis Rackets Europe. Our goal is to help every player find the right gear — and we're always here to guide you before your purchase so you can shop with confidence.
EU Customers — Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at tennisracketseu@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to withdraw. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
If the item shows signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the product.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:
- Items that have been used, strung, or customised after delivery
- Products made to your specific requirements or personalised to your order
- Rare and exclusive collector's items that were specially sourced for your order
- Sale items or gift cards
Customers Outside the EU
If you are based outside the EU, please contact us before returning anything. Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, timing, and whether the item has been used, customised, or specially sourced. We handle each case individually and aim to find a fair resolution.
Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly — at no additional cost to you.
We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier to report any damage or delivery issues.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at tennisracketseu@gmail.com. We will do our best to stop the shipment before it leaves.
If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies upon receipt. For EU customers, the 14-day withdrawal right applies from the moment of delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. For defective or incorrect items, we will always find a solution. For other situations, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are sourced or prepared specifically for your order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that these items may have longer processing times and that availability depends on sourcing. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
If a pre-order item is genuinely made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal may not apply. We will always clarify this at the time of order. If in doubt, contact us before placing a pre-order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
