Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — feel free to ask if you qualify!
Delivery Locations
We ship worldwide from our base in Lisbon, Portugal, using trusted carriers such as CTT, DHL, DPD, UPS, and local partners to ensure reliable delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 days. Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is provided by the shipping carrier and is only indicative.

Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer input errors.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees and any additional costs incurred, including customs charges.
We are also not responsible for:

Failed deliveries caused by the recipient’s absence at the time of delivery;

Failure to collect the parcel from a designated pick-up point when made available by the shipping carrier;

Notifying the customer of the parcel’s arrival or its availability for pickup — this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping company but lost or stolen afterward.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If your order arrives damaged, file a claim with the shipping company and retain all original packaging and items. We are available to assist during this process if needed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For customers within the EU, customs fees do not apply.
For international orders outside the EU, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
