Where do you ship from?
From Lisbon, Portugal.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide and have delivered to players in 85+ countries. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier scans and customs.
How long does shipping take?
As a general guide: Portugal is fastest, EU usually a few business days, and worldwide longer depending on customs and carrier routing. Always check your tracking link after dispatch for the live estimate.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking when available. Use Track Your Order with your tracking number, or contact us with your order number if it hasn't moved.
Will I pay customs or duties?

Pro Stock, Player-Used & Authenticity
Are pro stock rackets the same as retail?
Not always. Pro stock frames can differ from retail in mold, layup, weight, balance, silicone, lead or handle build. We describe what is known and avoid guessing when a detail isn't confirmed.
How do you verify rare and pro stock frames?

Can I ask for extra photos before buying?
Yes. For rare, player-used or pro stock frames, just ask — we'll send extra photos or confirm condition before you buy.
