Wilson Pro Stock Prototype — Project Python P98
Made for Mark Lajal | Unreleased 2026 Mold
This is one of the frames Wilson built for Mark Lajal's testing ahead of their 2026 line launch. Internally codenamed 'Project Python', the mold is based on the next-generation P98 platform — a 98in² head with a 16x20 pattern and a stiffness profile around 64 RA. It has not been publicly released.
The finish is a clean glossy black with no cosmetic branding — no player sticker, no throat markings, no pro stock code stamped in the throat. What you see is what it is: a prototype frame that went through player testing and is now available in almost-new condition.
For collectors and players who follow Wilson's development closely, the P98 direction here is worth noting — the geometry and flex profile differ meaningfully from the current retail lineup.
The frame comes strung with a Toroline Hybrid setup.
