Tour Mako Silver takes the round, mildly abrasive Tour Mako platform in a firmer and more precise direction. A small amount of aluminium is added to the formulation to increase firmness, tension maintenance and directional confidence, with slightly less softness than the Teal version.

Performance profile

The round geometry keeps launch predictable and string movement clean, while the textured surface adds useful grip. Silver is the more control-oriented Mako: stable on harder contact, cleaner through the ball and better suited to players who want the Mako concept without its softest feel.

• Softer or more flexible racquets that can benefit from a firmer stringbed.
• Players who like round polys but want more precision and tension stability.
