Carrier scans can sometimes take time to appear, especially during international routing, weekends, holidays or customs processing. If the tracking has not moved for longer than expected, contact us with your order number and tracking link.
What to include when contacting us
- Order number.
- Email used at checkout.
- Tracking link or tracking number.
- Delivery country.
- Any message shown by the carrier.
How we help
We check the carrier status, review the last scan and confirm the next step. If carrier action is needed, we will tell you what information is required.
