Thank you for shopping at Tennis Rackets Europe. Our goal is to provide exclusive and rare products tennis related, from exclusive and unreleased tennis strings to Pro Stock and rackets that are rare to find worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

We currently ship worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed in 1-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. After the order is processed, you will receive automatic updated information to your e-mail address during the whole process.
Shipping Estimated Delivery
The delivery time depends on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as the shipping destination, customs, or unexpected delays with the carrier. The estimated delivery time shown at the checkout of your order is just an expectation provided by the shipping company responsible for the delivery, we are not responsible for delays.
Carriers
We ship all orders from Lisbon, Portugal, by CTT shipping company and the final delivery at the destination country is made with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, including DHL, DPD, UPS and many others local shipping companies of each country. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you have any note or preference of shipping let us know before or immediately after the order is made.
Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure your package arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier-related issues. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided or reach out to us to help you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to customer input errors. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping and any additional taxes charged for the package return to us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
There is no customs, duties or taxes if you are a customer from EU. For orders outside the European Union, any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
